IGSaver is designed as a privacy-first tool. We do not collect, store, or log:

  • Instagram usernames you enter into the tool
  • URLs or links you paste into the tool
  • Files or media you download through our service
  • Your Instagram account credentials - we never ask for them

3. Information We May Collect Automatically

Like most websites, our servers may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited. This information is used solely for security monitoring, abuse prevention and improving service performance. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to remember your preferred language and theme (light/dark mode). These preferences are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

IGSaver fetches publicly available media from Instagram's servers on your behalf. We act only as a proxy; we do not store this media on our servers beyond the time needed to deliver it to you. Instagram's own privacy policy governs the content hosted on their platform.

6. Data Security

All connections to IGSaver are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable technical measures to protect the integrity of our service and the data passing through it.

7. Children's Privacy

IGSaver is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
